According to the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants of the Stone Ridge of Merton Subdivision, any structure or architectural feature being built or modified on a lot in our subdivision requires approval from our Architecture Control Committee. In order to gain approval, the structure must comply with the covenants. To begin the approval process, the owner of record may submit the form below.

As per CCR 5.15: Each Owner shall install and maintain a yard light in teh front of each Dwelling.
